Direct the implementation of technology and strategic direction as it relates to Internet
technology, marketing and best practices. Develop internal standards and enforce
compliance with current Web development standards. In addition, I develop sites for our
customers utilizing PHP, Ruby on Rails, Javascript (DOM & AJAX), HTML, CSS, DHTML, and Flash.

IT Manager in charge of all aspects of IT. This role involved management of the help
desk, deployment of new technology and infrastructure. I also advised the CEO and other
senior management on all items dealing with technology. Web site development for the
company was my sole responsibility. Site was developed in PHP, MYSQL back-end and
XHTML/CSS/DHTML front end.

Team leader in charge of application development in C, Java, PHP, and PERL for web
based applications. In addition I work with a small team of Unix/Network administrators
to maintain and install new software/hardware for the ISP side of the business. The
systems consist of Solaris, NT, and FreeBSD systems as well as Cisco and Lucent
equipment on the Networking side. I am responsible for the maintenance of a number of
web servers as well. Sites hosted on these include http://www.packers.com and
http://www.ariens.com.

Administer day to day operations of 22 Sun Solaris servers and 10 HP-UX servers. Lead
for a pilot project investigating the feasibility of server consolidation. Worked as a
member of a team that is implementing COGNOS as a business wide reporting tool. I
also work closely with the Schneider Web Services team to perform maintenance on our
5 Netscape Enterprise Web Servers. Developed and tested procedures for Solaris 2.5.1 to
Solaris 2.6 upgrades and patching insuring minimal downtime and maximum
recoverability in the event of a backout using both Disksuite and Veritas Volume
management. Assisted the Oracles DBA's in performance tuning and system
troubleshooting of software issues with tSolaris operating system issues.

Designed and managed a sophisticated imagery exploitation system built using consumer
off the shelf equipment. This system was in support of USMC imagery efforts.
